September 28, 1995 : The former Tainan County Government presented an environmental impact report of the park's construction to the Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs; the report was sent to the Environmental Protection Administration for review.

August 28, 1996 : Environmental Impact Assessment Review Committee of the Environmental Protection Administration resolved during the 144th meeting, to conditionally approve of the project's environmental impact assessment report.

September 14, 1996 : The Environmental Protection Agency released the results of its assessment review report.

February 27, 1998 : The former Tainan County Government held a public debriefing on provisions outlined in Article 7 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Act.

March 20, 1998 : Environmental protection measures implementation project for the park's construction site was received by the Environmental Protection Administration.

August 27, 1999 : An inventory list of infrastructure modifications was approved. Land use was adjusted in part, as per the regulations of the Ministry of Economic Affairs that govern the size of industrial estates, the general planning of the estates, power facilities and supply services, sewage treatment construction, and modifications on channels designated for drainage engineering in Yongkang District.

April 27, 2000 : A report that detailed feasibility modification planning on the development of Yongkang Technology Industrial Park was approved by the "Industrial Park Designation Review Task Force of the Ministry of Economic Affairs" during the 49th review meeting.

November 1, 2010 : A second inventory list of infrastructure modifications was approved. Processing SOP adopted by sewage treatment plant, and the collection method of sewage pipelines were modified
